2. Account Registration

To use our Service, you must:

• Be at least 13 years of age
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Keep your account credentials secure and confidential
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized account use

3. Credits & Payments

MyAiStudio operates on a credit-based system:

• Credits are consumed when generating AI videos or images
• Purchased credits are non-refundable once consumed
• UPI payments are verified within 24 hours of submission
• Credits expire at the end of your active plan period

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use our service to generate content that:

• Is illegal, harmful, threatening, or abusive
• Infringes on any intellectual property rights
• Contains explicit, adult, or sexually explicit material
• Impersonates any person or entity
• Spreads misinformation or deepfakes for deceptive purposes

5. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of content you generate using our service. However, by using our service, you grant MyAiStudio a limited license to process your prompts and store generated content on your behalf.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease and any remaining credits will be forfeited.

7. Limitation of Liability

MyAiStudio is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our service.
